    Ok, think Im understanding a little, finally!

    Ok, I guess Im doing this right, Im starting to get friend requests from other people in the million pound challenge.  Hello, I know I havent properly greeted you all yet, I will start being more committed to this page.
     
    So Brian and I have been doing pretty okay.  We were both so sore last week from our workouts that it was hard to push ourselves much harder.  Already though the workouts are causing less pain, so its getting better.  Soon we'll start pushing ourselves a lot harder.  We've been doing mainly body weight exercises and lots of walking and Ive been boxing on my heavy bag. 
    Last night we didnt get our workout in until after 10pm.  It was a nice workout though.  We found a park that has a nice walking path in it.  So we walked and made "stations" where we did different exercises at. 
    Eating is our downfall.  We have to get a handle on that.  Brian has been heavy his whole life.  His brothers are all heavy.  Its almost like its encouraged in his family to eat as many goodies and bad for you things as possible. Its just been that way always for him.  Me, I used to be in really good shape.  I used to be able to watch what I ate.  Then somehow just the last 4 years, I stopped being able to control my urges to eat.  I actually eat more junk than Brian does at this point.  And its almost a compulsion.  Im not even hungry and I still will dive into something. 
    Brian and I talked last night, we have to now kick it up a notch.  We're not so sore anymore, so we need to start pushing ourselves a lot harder during our workouts.
